Piper-Heidsieck Cuvée Brut is an exceptionally well balanced Champagne, fresh and lively, with light aromas of citrus fruit and spring flowers. Piper-Heidsieck Brut brings its own lively, vivacious and exuberant character to dry Champagne's traditional elegance and finesse. Piper-Heidsieck's Cuvée Brut combines 50 rigorously selected growths. The wine's harmony develops over the course of slow ageing under the Piper-Heidsieck chalk cellars. The inclusion of Pinot Noir and Meunier contributes flavour, structure and elegance.

Piper-Heidsieck boasts one of the largest selections of Crus, representing all the nuances of Champagne's splendid terroir, including choice parcels of Grands and Premiers Crus, a guarantee of quality. Vinification has always been conducted to an uncompromising attention for detail. Each Cru and grape variety is vinified separately. Reserve wines from earlier years are added to create a more rounded wine and ensure consistency of the Piper-Heidsieck style. Ultimately, assembling the components determines integrity, the art of blending, where human input is of paramount importance. The man in the shadows, the man of magic, is Régis Camus, Piper-Heidsieck's master winemaker.

A sparkling clarity, handsome gold hue. A nose reminiscent of spring blossom, hawthorn, fruity notes, summer apple and pear, then citrus before hints of warm toastyness. Lively and fresh palate, citrus notes take on maturity, passion with gentleness, lightness with spontaneity. Gentle toasty flavours support a framework of fresh flowers, juicy apple and citrus, finishing immaculately clean.
