Originating from the Italian region of Liguria, and the Mediterranean islands of Corsica and Sardinia, Vermentino is renowned for its refreshing, tropical characters and vibrancy. Vermentino can be quite fruity with luscious flavours and cleansing qualities. As an emerging varietal in Australia, plantings can only be found in a few sites around the country, notably the rich soils of Langhorne Creek and sunny climes of Mildura
