	Each $19.99 Dozen $239.88	Waipara Hills are crafted from a variety of vineyards in the South Island of New Zealand. Most are sourced from the company’s Waipara Valley vineyards – the home of Waipara Hills. The range from Waipara Hills is comprised of the Soul of the South, Southern Cross Selection and Equinox labels. Since the first vintage in 2001, Waipara Hills have received more than 300 local and international wine awards. Grapes for th Southern Cross Selection Pinot Noir are sourced from the Waipara Hills Estate Central Otago vineyard in the Bendigo region. Aged in a combination of new and prior use French oak barriques, some components were matured in tanks to add complexity whilst retaining fresh fruit characters. Alcohol 14.0%
	Deep plum red colour. A fragrant nose of dark cherry, plum, spicy cloves and violets with a hint of tobacco leaf. It brings on the brambly, juicy fruit characters which have made this wine famous, along with a well defined structure and exquisite oak treatment. The rich dark berry and savoury flavours combine with sweet spicy oak, fine acid structure and silky tannins leaving a long lingering finish. Fully approachable as a young, fresh and vital wine, as it opens up with age, the fruit will show the class which makes this Pinot Noir so special. "An excellent berry and herbal nose opens the gate to a great, sweet luscious fruit driven palate that is entwined with rounded tannins. A persistent finish with a hint of caramel!" -TiZwine

Waipara Hills made a name as Marlborough's best Gewurztraminer after romping home with the trophy for best entry at the Liquorland International. Waipara Hill's low cropping Gewurztraminer vineyard produces fruit with intense aromas of rose petal, lychee and turkish delight. Waipara Hills is stunningly fragrant and lusciously flavoured, completely unwooded, vivacious and fresh, medium bodied with a soft well rounded palate, exhibiting a rich oily texture, only slightly sweet but intense. An extremely limited production of only a few hundred cases makes every edition collectible
