The Tigress beams with lifted, aromatic fresh peach and nectarine characters, a golden, buttery mousse and generous structure with vibrant citrus at the finish. The finest parcels of fruit have been brought together, treated to Methode Traditionelle, embellished by a small amount of reserve wine and finished with a tirage of liqueur doseage to achieve a well defined sparkling wine with vigour and panache.
