Spring Vale Melrose Pinot Noir 2012

A mostly Pinot Noir cuvée with a tad of Pinot Meunier sourced almost entirely off an exciting new vineyard on Tasmania's salubrious east coast. Melrose has been fashioned to a lighter styling, similar to a medium structured Beaujolais, with delicacy and sweet fruit being the key features. A delightful Pinot wine exuding strawberry and raspberry aromas enhanced by a subtle treatment of oak.
