Muscadelle has been grown at All Saints Estate since the winery was established in 1864. Originally thought to come from the Hungarian Tokai variety, it is now accepted that Tokay is made from the Muscadelle grape, a white variety. Sip with blue cheeses such as Stilton, or enjoy with cheese or cream based desserts such as tiramisu. This wine has already done its aging, and is best consumed within a year

Fashioned from Muscat of Alexandria grapes with a small percentage of Cienna to blush the wine with a steamy Rosé colour. Cienna is a hybrid of Cabernet Sauvignon and the rare Spanish varietal called Sumoll, developed by Australia's CSIRO. Together they translate into a sunny pink wine of moderate alcohol levels that's cheery and ripe with sultry red berry characters.
