Harvests are collated from fine vineyards across the premiere viticultural precincts of Veneto. Grapes are crushed and treated to a term of cold settling for clarification, followed by inoculation to choice yeasts and controlled ferments at 16C to 18C. Upon completion, batches are assembled into the finished wine and bottled for a term of age before release.
