Parcels of the choicest Cabernet and Shiraz are selected on the basis of full physiological ripeness, excellent varietal expression and defined regionality are vinified into an intense and flavoursome sparkling claret style exhibiting attractive colour and fine effervescence. Their highly skilled winemaking team have continued the traditions by crafting a contemporarily styled sparkling range of distinction and stylish appeal. Treated to a closely monitored, temperature controlled vinification with minimalist handling to retain vitality of fruit.
A rich ruby red colour with creamy, cherry coloured bead. Bouquet is reminiscent of ripe berries, dark chocolates and earthy complexity. Palate exhibits enticing festive cake flavours, cherries and baking spice, a luscious mouthfeel with perfect balance between ripe fruit flavours, herbaceousness, soil and sweet, refined tannins. Serve lightly chilled alongside meat dishes, chocolates or dessert.
