Nothing means so much to the proprietors of Dugat-Py as healthy vines, clean soil and natural fermentation. They retain some of the finest blocks in all Burgundy, the further pursuit of excellence in winemaking has established a reputation without peer. An accessible introduction into the world of Dugat-Py, fashioned from parcels of hand sorted grapes, picked off biodynamically farmed vines up to seventy years of age, treated to a minimalist old world style of vinification and eighteen months of age in a selection of the finest new oak barriques.
