Established 1973, Woodlands of Wilyabrup were one of the first vineyards in Margaret River, planted with a view to emulating the great growths of Bordeaux. Recipients of the highly prestigious Jack Mann Memorial Medal and Wine Industry Lifetime Achievement Award for their tremendous vintages of all things Cabernet. Assembling the rich Medoc style blends are what Woodlands do best. Painstakingly crafted by hand, to challenge the primacy of the illustrious Chateaux de la rive gauche, very few vineyards yield the quality of fruit that merits vintaging into a statuesque wine dominated by the prettily fragrant Cabernet Franc. Kalleske are one of our nation's most distinguished winegrower families, Barossa through and through, heirs to the tradition of Prussian pastoralists who established South Australia as one of the world's great viticultural precincts. The family Kalleske were the quiet achievers behind the stellar quality of fruit, at the heart of the most memorable vintages Penfolds Grange. Old sites and ancient vines, a tally of which have been branded under the Atze's Corner label, a regal range of stately Barossa wines, irresistibly underpriced in terms of provenance, excellence and sheer delight. Established 1908, Redman's Coonawarra are still made by the Redman brothers from fruit grown to the original family parcels. The tradition began 1901 when Bill Redman, at the tender age of fourteen, made the journey to take up an apprenticeship at the John Riddoch wineworks and to labour amongst Coonawarra's founding vineyards. Bill Redman's earliest vintages were sold off to other companies but it was not until 1952 that the Redman family released their own wines under the moniker Rouge Homme. Redman was finally branded under its own label in 1966, it remains one of the most enduring marques in Coonawarra. Husbanded by the 4th generation, parcels from.. His children established a grazing station nearby, on a property acquired from the Baillieu family along Portsea Ocean Beach, ultimately planted to vineyards in 2000. These are the most extreme western longitudes of Mornington, the undulating paddocks and sweeping views of tempestuous Bass Strait are a magical place for growing Burgundesque styles of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, well protected north facing parcels of propitious free draining limestone and calcareous sands. Trocadero Blanc de Blancs CONFIRM VINTAGE

Chardonnay Savoy France
An astonishingly fine French sparkler from Savoie in the lower French Alps, exclusively Chardonnay, Blanc de Blancs, this is James Bond's favourite style of wine. Jean Paul Trocadero comes from a long line of winemakers, he calls on fruit grown to elevated aspects, slow ripening alpine vineyards, planted to precipitous hillsides and daunting slopes, to be fashioned into a full flavoured, delicious effervescent wine which evokes comparison to the illustrious siblings of Champagne's prestigious Cote des Blancs.
Savoie is part of the Rhône Alpes region, it lays claim to the longest reigning royal family in history and can be proud of a heritage which predates the conquest of Julius Caesar. The seasons and terroir are perfectly suited to winegrowing, Pinot Noir performs very well in the cool alpine climes, white wine varietals positively flourish. The Trocadero family arrived here after the wars of Nalopeon and have been making wine ever since. Jean Paul Trocadero, the winemaker, makes a richly flavoured pure Chardonnay sparkler that's uncannily similar to the Riche styles of Champagne's Cote des Blancs. Treated to full methode traditionelle and bottle aged before release.
Light gold hue with a fine mousse. Green apples and stonefruit nose, summer florals, almond and Boulange. A rich creamy palate endowed with juicy apple flavours, musk, white nectarine and melba peach, a fine acid line reins in the luscious fruit, resolving on a mouthfilling finish. A splendid summer sparkler, its rich full palate makes Trocadero a good match to white meats, dessert and baked French style bouchon.
