Warre's are distinguished by their structure, power and softly perfumed nose, they have a particularly fresh and elegant style. Warrior is the oldest marque of Port, dating back to the 1750s. The name Warrior was branded on the casks of Warre's finest Reserves since the earliest days of the firm.
Fruit for Warrior is drawn from Warre's finest quintas in the Pinhão and Rio Torto valleys. Parcels of particularly rich and fruity Port are selected to set aside for maturation in oak casks under the lodges at Vila Nova de Gaia. When the wines have reached perfect maturity, they are assembled into Warre's Warrior, one of the finest Ports anywhere in the world available for everyday drinking.
