New World Distillery began after a chance meeting in 2004 resolved to produce a Malt, an exceptional Australian Whisky, distilled from a mash of the finest Tasmanian barley and pristine spring water. One of many, many things that Australia has aplenty, are seasoned oak wine casks, lots and lots of them.
