Springbank are one of the world's great enduring Distilleries, established 1828 on the site of a bootleg Whiskyworks, it remains in the hands of the founding family. There are three marques produced here at the tip of Kintyre, Longrow being the youngest, formulated as an answer to the smoky, peaty styles which hail from Islay Isle. The most substantive edition within the Springbank range, Longrow's chewy, savoury character is artfully balanced by the creamy, fruity nature of Campbeltown Malt, smoky peat is always present, rolling over the palate in waves.
