Campbeltown is on the Mull of Kintyre, between the Sound of Jura and Firth of Clyde, such close proximity to the North Atlantic imparts distinctive brinyness to the uniqueness of its local Malts. A grand old Whisky town, it once hosted over thirty Distilleries, Springbank is one of only three survivors, its hallowed grounds are home to three of the most artisanally produced Malts. Treated to pre loved Sherry oak casks for maturation, its unpeated elegnace is marked by Maltyness and vibrant fruit, a memorable dram with exquisite characters of perfumed oak, ripe fig and grilled nuts.
