Adding to the uniqueness of Dictadodor is the painstaking system of oak maturation, as casks are topped up with various vintages of Rum and moved to different levels of scaffold according to the ancient Iberian Solera system. Rich amber colour, red hues. Intense nose of caramels and manuka honey, dry seeds and lightly roasted coffee over background oak. Soft, well rounded mouthfeel, cocoa and caramel, honey and milk coffee characters, before a lingering, creamy finish of light oakiness, salted caramel and allsorts complexity.
