The Australian winemaking industry is grateful to Leontine O'Shea, instrumental in the establishment of Mount Pleasant wines, she sent her son Maurice to France for an education in viticulture right at the outbreak of World War I, gifting him his first Hunter Valley vineyard in 1921. Mount Pleasant are now custodians of some grand old sites, a canon of small, elite blocks of vine that yield a precious range of icon wines, which represent peerless value and readily disappear before release of the following vintage... Wisent Polish Vodka 700ml CONFIRM AVAILABILITY

Vodka
A deliciously dry herb-flavoured Polish Vodka distilled from rye. Every bottle of the Wisent contains a blade of bison grass from the Bialowieza Forest, which is partly in Poland and partly in Belarus. This unique herb is only found in genuine Żubrowka Vodka and is the reason for its particular taste, aroma and yellowish colour. Its name comes from żubr or zubr, the Slavic word for the Wisent (bison) who are particularly fond of the herb. The aroma is delicate and the flavour is quite unique, offering nuances of vanilla, coconut and almond.
