	Each $12.99 Dozen $155.88	The constant quest for improvement is what distinguishes Peter Lehmann. Near enough is never good enough, but the high demands of exemplary winemaking is always tempered with an appreciation of the good life and camaraderie between winemakers and growers, followed by a glass or two at the end of the day. Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc are picked early for this style, drawing on the distinctive regional endowments of the Adelaide Hills and Barossa. Grapes are crushed and chilled, the juices are immediately separated from the skins to protect the delicacy. Following a cold fermentation in tank, the wine is clarified and bottled immediately after vinification to retain vitality. Alcohol 11.5%
	A green tinged, pale lemon colour. An aroma of freshly picked tropical fruits, gooseberries and mandarin. Semillon achieves depth and structure to the wine and Sauvignon Blanc contributes the zesty jump out of the glass tropical florals. The palate is delicate with a refreshing, crisp dry finish. Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc are wonderfully complementary varieties and Clancy is a great accompaniment to pan fried fishes or Thai and Chinese cuisine.
