Clearly not a depraved effort by any means, Bittersweet Symphony is a poised and gracious Cabernet wine with fragrant perfumes, layers of clean fruit and cultivated tannins.

This one tastes as good as it sounds, a full flavoured, very Australian style of Shiraz. An assemblage of Shiraz picked off the finest Clare Valley vines, fashioned around a backbone of fruit grown to a minimally irrigated seventy year old vineyard planted to Terra rossa soils over limestone, richly mineralled terrains. Despite it's downbeat moniker, a pretty and elegant Shiraz, finely structured, showing forward primary fruit flavours, delicate with a well rounded palate.
