Seppelt Rutherglen is made from the Brown Muscat grape, harvested at peak ripeness and fortified to give an aromatic spirit lift. This immensely satisfying Cuvée marries batches of the ripest fruit with careful oak maturation, and a highly fastidious regimen of racking whilst under cellar, with skillful and artisanal blending, to create a flavoursome, yet easy to appreciate fruit driven style. Carefully matured at the estate's wineworks at Seppeltsfield, Cellar No 8 is fragrantly spiced with floral and rose petal aromas, the taste is rich and luscious.

Seppeltsfield Centenary 100 Year Tawny 1909 375ml

In 1866, plans to build a new stone cellar were sanctioned by Joseph Seppelt, the founder of Seppeltsfield. In 1878 the stone cellar was completed by Benno Seppelt. To celebrate, in a gesture considered unique and inspirational in its day, Benno selected a puncheon of his finest wine and gave instructions that it was not to be bottled for a hundred years. This became a magnificent tradition and Seppeltsfield Wines is now the only winery in the world to have significant stocks of wine laid down over consecutive vintages for more than a century.

Seppeltsfield Clara Blanca Amontillado 500ml

Clara Blanca Amontillado is made from the Palomino grape through the traditional Solera system, which calls for the racking, topping up, and rotation of barrels. During the extended ageing process the protective flor is removed, accelerating maturation. The resulting wine gains a nutty complexity and a rich mid-palate whilst retaining a refined elegance and a dry, cleansing finish. Seppelt DP 116 Barossa Valley Amontillado has been the winner of six trophies and fifty five gold medals in Australian Wine Shows throughout it's illustrious career.
