A mostly Muscat wine with a smaller component of Traminer, the fruit is pressed and treated to two weeks of strictly temperature controlled tank fermentation without any contact time on skins whatsoever, to deliver a finished wine exhibiting amazing depth of complex varietal fruit characters and fresh, revitalizing palate. Viña Esmeralda undergoes no maturation and is bottled while young and vital, designed to be enjoyed chilled and crisp.
